Ask for Shelby the next time you book a ride at Dia Limo (aka Lucky Limo). He gave me an excellent price for my ride to JFK from Yonkers. The competition wanted $133.50. Shelby came in at $119. Shelby's price reflected that he valued me as a customer. He goes out of his way to satisfy you, and I liked that. In an area that doesn’t have Uber readily available, we were fortunate to find this car service to take us from the Irvington train station to Sunnyside and back. The dispatcher and driver were prompt and communicative and made things easy for us. The driver made sure we knew where he would be parked after the program ended which was important as so many cars were entering and exiting Sunnyside at the same time. Dobbs Ferry Irvington Ardsley Taxi is the best transportation in town ! The owner, Malik, has been a friend for many years . He transported my Dad and I to the DMV in White Plains, which is difficult to navigate, he waited for us to complete our paperwork and even helped us check in. I was so worried I was flying from Uk to New York and I searched that company online and was able to book from JFKAirport to Dobbs Ferry Hilton Garden Inn They have all the option on website, WhatsApp or online booking When I landed called the office. We had an excellent experience. The drivers were prompt and courteous. Shelby who took our calls was well organized, patient and very helpful. Because of a snow storm our return flight was delayed.
